More practice with the wacom in Illustrator. I’m hoping to draw my next comic entirely on my computer. First is my sketch with the pencil tool in light gray, then ink with the pen tool, then color.

Last night Dalis suggested we draw the same character in different clothing styles. We each chose a fashion style and drew as many as we could, they were Hobo, Caveman, Sci-fi Convention attendee, Goth, Cyberpunk, Over-sized Armor , and here are the results:
I had a hell of a time getting these to upload correctly, some are sized to fit the page and some aren’t. I hope you can look past my mistakes.

I made this editorial cartoon for a friend’s website. It’s a satire of how republicans blame Obama for everything and a satire of editorial cartoons in general. I hate politics, such a waste of time. ~John
